We’re excited to share that LBx Africa had the honor of collaborating with Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum artist Aloe Blacc on the music video for his latest single, Don’t Go Alone. This inspiring track is the lead single from his upcoming album, Stand Together, set to release on February 28, 2025.
Directed and edited by Sam Soko and shot across three locations; Kenya, Uganda, and the USA, the music video is a powerful celebration of unity, resilience, and the strength of community. We’re immensely proud of the talented teams across continents who came together to bring this vision to life.
Aloe Blacc’s Stand Together album blends his signature soulful sound with a poignant message of empathy and connection. Every song, including Don’t Go Alone, is paired with a philanthropic cause, reinforcing his commitment to using music as a force for social change. Inspired by the African proverb, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together,” Don’t Go Alone is an anthem about the power of leaning on each other through life’s challenges.
