In December, Softie was honored as one of the selected films for Monday Movie Nights at K1 Klub House, hosted by Mugambi Nthiga.

The screening, held on the eve of Jamhuri Day, garnered a full house audience, amplified by the presence of Film Director Sam Soko and protagonists Boniface and Njeri Mwangi.

But this wasn't your typical movie night, K1 provided specialized headsets through which the audience had access to live commentary with Boniface, Njeri and Soko in real time as the film screened. The commentary gave so much context on the different scenes in the film and the behind the scenes feelings around the story.

The Q&A session that followed was both engaging and informative.  Thank you to everyone who came through!
