It felt amazing to have Softie be recognized by the One World Media Awards as the ‘Best Feature Documentary’ during the 33rd Award ceremony held on 17th June.
Softie was nominated along with 2 other docs, ‘The Art of Living in Danger’ and ‘Writing with Fire’. Getting this recognition means a lot to us and it’s a great source of motivation for African documentary storytellers to keep telling our original stories.
